In a large bowl mix the maida ghee and soda and kneed knead to a soft dough adding water if required.

Shape into small bowls,flatten a bit, in the middle make a dent ir hole.

Heat the ghee and deep fry first over high heat then low heat till cooked through.

Now in another pan add sugar and water some dry fruits and kesar make boil till one string consistency syrup.

Add baalushahi in syrup pan dip for 4 to 6 min.

Garnish this with remaining dry fruits.serve sweet baalushahi.
