  1. 1 tinmushroom
  2. 1large cucumber
  3. 2green bell pepper
  4. 2red bell pepper
  5. 2fresh pepper
  6. 1large onions
  7. 5large carrot
  8. 1cksp cooking cream
  9. to tastesalt
  10. dashoregano
  11. dashcurry powder
  12. 2knorr cube
  13. 1/2cksp canola oil

  1. 1

    Wash and dice cucumber, bell pepper, red bell pepper, fresh pepper, carrot and onions; remove mushroom from the tin and dice as well

  2. 2

    Heat up pot and add canola oil, once its hot, add onions and stir after 2 minutes add mushroom and pepper, then add curry powder, salt and knorr cube and then the cooking cream

  3. 3

    Stir and allow it simmer for about 3mins then add oregano, carrot, bell pepper then finally the cucumber, stir and turn off the heat.

  4. 4

    Serve with anything or you can just enjoy it alone
