Prepare the filling and thinly slice the okra.

Mix the okra evenly with the other filling ingredients.

Roll the filling into small spring rolls; don’t overfill.

After rolling, add 1 tablespoon sesame oil to a plate and lightly coat the spring rolls with oil.

Place the spring rolls in an air fryer; no need to watch them closely with this method.

They turn out delicious. If you like, you can dip them in batter and coat with breadcrumbs before frying for extra crispiness.
