Ingredients

20 mins
  1. 3cups large dice fresh Apples
  2. 1lrg. bowl Water with 1 tbs Lemon juice added.
  3. 1/4cup packed Brown sugar
  4. 3/4cup Flour
  5. 3/4cup Sugar
  6. 1/2tsp. Salt
  7. 1/4tsp. cinnamon
  8. 1Egg
  9. 1/3cup melted Butter

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Cut apples and keep in lemon water until all are chopped. Drain.

  2. 2

    Mix apples and brown sugar in 9" pan sprayed with Pam

  3. 3

    Mix dry ingredients in med. bowl.

  4. 4

    Add egg and mix well. Mixture will be pasty.

  5. 5

    Spread mixture on apples with fingers, leaving some open spots.

  6. 6

    Pour butter over top.

  7. 7

    BAKE IN 375° oven for 45 mins. until well browned.

  8. 8

    Serve warm or ala mode.
