    Chop the beef into pieces. Chop the onions.

    Add cooking oil and fry the onion and add the beef..

  3. 3

    Stir and add the salt and royco. Stir and cover

  4. 4

    Chop the kales. And fry some onion

  5. 5

    Add the kales and stir. Serve hot with the fried beef
