Ingredients

  1. 4 packagesPortabello mushroom
  2. 16 ozartificial Crab meat
  3. 1/2Green pepper
  4. 2 bunchGreen onions
  5. 3Japeleno peppers (or to taste)
  6. 1 cupMayo
  7. 2 cupMozzarella cheese
  8. 1 cupItalian bread crumbs
  9. 1/2 tspeach, garlic powder, salt, pepper
  10. 1/2 cupParmesan cheese
  11. 1Olive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Clean mushrooms and pull out stem. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Process onions, peppers and crab to mince.

  3. 3

    Combine all of ingredients except parm cheese and oil.

  4. 4

    Stuff caps fully and place in large baking pan. Sprinkle with parm. Drizzle with oil.

    Bake 400° for 35 mins.
