Ingredients

  • salad ingredients
  • 1 headnappa cabbage
  • 3carrots, shredded
  • 1/2red onion, sliced
  • 2red peppers, sliced thin
  • dressing ingredients
  • 1/4 cupSunflower oil
  • 1/3 cuprice wine vinegar
  • 2 tbspsoy sauce
  • 2 tbsptoasted sesame oil
  • 1 tbspfresh grated ginger
  • 1/2 tbspchili garlic paste
  • 2 tbsphoney

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine salad ingredients in a large bowl.

  2. 2

    For dressing: combine ingredients in a glass or plastic jar and shake well till mixed thoroughly.

  3. 3

    My experience is that you will not need to use all the dressing for this salad. Top salad with dressing abd toss, only when ready to eat , to avoid a dressing laden and limp salad.
