  6. 2 cupChicken broth
  7. 28 ozDiced tomatoes
  8. 2 tspCreole
  9. 1/4 tspCajun pepper
  10. 4 cupChicken
  11. 1 1/4 cupRice
  12. 3 stickCelary

    Cool sausage and chicken

  2. 2

    Add 3 tablespoons of oil and wisk on flower over medium heat for 5 min

    Stir in broth, celery and onion

  4. 4

    Simmer for 5 min

  5. 5

    Add meat

  6. 6

    Simmer 5 min

  7. 7

    Add cooled rice
