Steps

Wash the smoked fish with warm water and salt,remove the dirt.

Boil the eggs for 4minutes

Blend the fresh tomatoes,ata rodo and fresh pepper.

Pour groundnutoil in a dry pot and put on fire.

Heat it up for at least 45seconds,

Slice the onions and pour inside the oil.fry for 20seconds.

Pour in the all the blended things inside the hot oil and fry.fry till most of the water drys.

Then add the smoked fish and fry for about 3mins.

Add water but let it not be too watering.cover the pot to boil.

Uncover after 5minutes,add salt,curry,tumeric,maggi and eggs and boil for 5minutes.

Uncover and taste.stew is ready.
