Ingredients

6 servings
  1. lamb steaks
  2. 1 1/2 lblamb steaks about 6
  3. 1 stickbutter
  4. marinade
  5. 1/4 cupred wine vinegar
  6. 1 tbspAdolf 's meat tenderizer
  7. 1 tbspgranulated garlic powder
  8. finishing spice
  9. 1fresh ground black pepper
  10. 1 pinchkosher salt, over each steak

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Season the steaks. add vinegar to a zip lock bag add steaks to bag. Refrigerate overnight take all the air out of bag.

    Heat a pan add butter. Pan fry the steaks in butter. 3-5 minutes each side.

    Crack fresh black pepper on top
