2 canTuna (drained)
1 1/2 cupMexican Cheese Blend (divided)
1 1/2 cupMilk
3/4 cupUncooked Instant Rice
1 canCream Of Chicken and Herb Soup
Crushed French Fried Onions
Italian Bread Crumbs

Preheat oven to 350°F

Mix together rice, milk, tuna, 1 cup of cheese and soup and bake for 30 minutes

Take out and stir. Add 1/2 cup cheese, crushed french fried onions and bread crumbs

Bake for an additional 30 minutes

Take out and let sit for 10 minutes. Serve and enjoy
