Break the eggs in a bowl.

Beat the eggs very well add salt.

Slice onion and keep.

Place frying pan on burner when is dry and hot add vegetable oil.

And after 30seconds add onion and curry.

Stir and pour in the eggs.fry for 1min and turn the other side and fry for 1min.

Slice bread and eat with the eggs.
