I made this for the first time. Thanks to cook pad. Next time am sure I will be an expert.
Cooking Instructions

Make kachumbari from onion and tomato. Round shape.

Slightly fry cabbage and put 1 tomato.
- 3
Peal carrots and make sure to clean them well. Cut in to long sticks.

Peal and cut the potatoes to long cubes. Clean them.
- 5
Grate ginger, garlic, turmeric. Mix the combination with the potatoes and carrots. Add salt plus some oil. Note (little oil).

Heat the oven to 180*
- 7
Apply some oil to the oven tin. Put the potatoes and carrots and cook for 30 min.

Ready to serve. Put pepper. Optional.

I usually put this in crockpot around 6-9 am before I leave for work. Let cook till about 5:30pm. The longer you cook the more tender the meat gets. kris_13
