Ingredients

  1. onions,
  2. tomatoes
  3. cabbage
  4. potatoes
  5. carrots
  6. ginger from farm
  7. 3 clovesgarlic
  8. turmeric from farm
  9. cayenne pepper
  10. vinegar

Cooking Instructions

    Make kachumbari from onion and tomato. Round shape.

  2. 2

    Slightly fry cabbage and put 1 tomato.

  3. 3

    Peal carrots and make sure to clean them well. Cut in to long sticks.

  4. 4

    Peal and cut the potatoes to long cubes. Clean them.

  5. 5

    Grate ginger, garlic, turmeric. Mix the combination with the potatoes and carrots. Add salt plus some oil. Note (little oil).

  6. 6

    Heat the oven to 180*

  7. 7

    Apply some oil to the oven tin. Put the potatoes and carrots and cook for 30 min.

  8. 8

    Ready to serve. Put pepper. Optional.
