Steps

Mix curd and sooji. Add water and prepare medium thick batter.

Give rest it for 10 min.

Add salt, all veggies and spices. Mix it well.

Heat oil in pan. Add mustard seed, cumin seed and urad dal. Allow it to crackled. Add curry leaves.

Mix this tadka in a sooji batter. Apply this on bread. Shallow fry it with help of oil or butter.

Serve it with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
