Delicious cheesey rice

I made this dish when I grew tired of always eating the rice in only 3 ways and I stumbled upon the milanese rice, but I lacked most of the ingredients (and most of them were not loved in my family) so I removed those and created this alternative.
After 5 months of not seeing my siblings due me being away, that was the first thing they asked me to do.

Put around 1l. of water to boil Chop the onion and the red pepper and saute them. Make two cross-shaped cuts on each emds of the tomates. Put them into the boiling water and cook for 1-2 minutes. Let them cool.

Cut the garlic in slices and add along with the ham.

Peel the tomatoes and cut in cubes. Once the ham is slightly cooked add the tomato and stir. Cover and let it cook.

Put the rice in a bowl (or a soup place) and add the 1/2 cup of wine. Stir and let it rest while the tomato reduces. Add the boullion cube and stir.

Once the cube melted add the rice and the rest of the wine and quickly cover it. Every five watch it and add water (until it covers the rice) and cover again.

Right before serving add the cheese and stir, so it gets a creamy texture. Put as much cheese as you like.
