Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 2ckspPalmoil
  2. 1Onion
  3. 1/2 teaspoonCurry
  4. 2cksp Crayfish
  5. 3Ripe plantain
  6. 4Unripe plantain
  7. Salt
  8. 2Maggi
  9. 1/2 teaspoondry pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the plantain and cut in cubes.

  2. 2

    Pour in a pot,add water but let the water not be above the plantain.

  3. 3

    Add palmoil,dry pepper,crayfish,salt,maggi and onion.

  4. 4

    Boil for 6mins,use a wooden spoon and stir very well.

  5. 5

    Cover and boil for 5minutes more.

  6. 6

    Enjoy the meal
