1 bunchgreen kales
Broccoli
4carrots
1red bell pepper
200 gminced meat
1white onion
A fewgreen beans
A fewbaby corn kernels
Olive oil
1 pinchsalt
Black pepper
Ginger powder

Heat cooking pan with olive oil. Then season using salt, black pepper, ginger powder.

Stir fry onions with minced meat first.

Then add the carrots, red pepper, green beans, baby corns, broccoli and green kales

Cook till ready then serve
