These mini baklava rolls are very easy and tasty. You can add more filling if you prefer. You can also make this recipe in a square baking pan using the same method.

These mini baklava rolls are very easy and tasty. You can add more filling if you prefer. You can also make this recipe in a square baking pan using the same method.

Add the almonds to a blender. Be careful not to grind them into a powder.

Remove the almonds from the blender and place them in a bowl.

Next, add the walnuts to the blender and chop them the same way. Add them to the bowl with the almonds.

Chop the pistachios in the same way and add them to the bowl with the other nuts.

Add the cinnamon, cloves, and breadcrumbs to the bowl and mix everything together.

Now prepare the syrup. In a saucepan, combine all the syrup ingredients and heat over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.

Set the syrup aside to cool.

Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).

Start assembling the baklava. Use two sheets of phyllo dough for each roll.

On a clean surface, lay out the first sheet of phyllo and brush it with oil. Place a second sheet on top, brush with oil, and sprinkle two handfuls of the nut filling evenly over the surface.

Fold the sheets in half lengthwise, leaving about two finger-widths of space at the top to help seal the roll.

Tightly roll up the baklava into a log.

Place the roll in a greased baking pan, either in a round or lengthwise shape, depending on your pan.

Repeat the process until all the phyllo sheets are used.

Cut the rolls into pieces, brush with the remaining oil, and bake at 300°F (150°C) for about 80 minutes.

As soon as you take the baklava out of the oven, quickly pour the cold syrup over it and sprinkle with chopped walnuts.

Let it sit for 2 hours before serving.
