Wash the chicken. Add meat masala, jeera masala, red chilli powder, 2spoon amul cream lemon juice, ginger garlic paste and salt. Then let it merinate for 20 min. In a pan put refine oil according to you. Cut the onions into small pieces. Put it in the refine oil and let it become golden brown colour. Put the merinate chickens on the pan. Then let the chicken,s b cooked perfectly till it become soft.

I have added cream because my family love the flavour. Then put some water and let it cooked nicely till the chickens becomes soft to eat. You cn put the chicken in microven also. I hv put Coriander leaves for garnishing as in the picture.

1.Whenever I cook the chicken gravy the gravy burns at the bottom of the vessel. Even if I leave it for 20 mins unattended it will stick to the bottom of the vessel. If i try to mix it periodically the chicken gets separated. Some say they cook it for only 45 minutes. But this is the problem.
2. If I cook gravy with periodic mixing the gravy gets sweet taste even with all the spices added.
3. How much lime to add in the gravy. One time I added one lime and the whole gravy tasted lemony. My friends hardly are that. At which time to add lemon.
If you may help thanks. Really needed tips to cook better.
