In a small bowl, take the caustard powder and add a 5 tsp milk from the 500 ml and dissolve it into a smooth liquid without any lumps. boil the remaining milk in a heavy bottomed/ non sticky vessel.

Add the custard powder dissolved in milk, Slowly and stir well continues. it will get thick immediately, so becarful. After few minutes, remove from heat and coll down.

Recharge it and at the time of serving, chopped apple finely and add the cold custard, mix well and serve cold.
