  1. 2/3 cupGoat's milk yogurt or veganaise
  2. 1/4 cupCilantro
  3. 2Scallions
  4. 1/4 cupFreshly squeezed line juice
  5. 1/2Green jalapeño roughy chopped
  6. 1/2 cupEvoo
  7. 1/2 tspCoarse sea salt
  8. 1 tbspRay honey or xylitol

    Combine all ingredients in blender until completely smooth. Makes 1 1/4 cups, keeps in jar for up to a week.
