Ingredients

  1. 200 gmPaneer
  2. 1 cupMalai
  3. 1Onion chopped
  4. 1Tomato chopped
  5. 2 teaspoonGinger garlic paste
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1 teaspoonDhaniya
  8. 1/2 tspHaldi
  9. 1/2 tspGaram masala
  10. 1 spoontomato sauce
  11. to tasteRed chilli powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Add ghee in kadai and fry chopped onion ginger garlic paste.

  2. 2

    Saute it and add tomato chpped and tomato sauce.

  3. 3

    Add paneer cubes.and all masala.

  4. 4

    Add malai and mix it well.

  5. 5

    Shahi paneer is ready to serve.garnish with green chilli or coriander leaves....
