In a pan add water, red wine, strawberry preserve and 2 Tablespoon sugar and mix it well.

Now boil it for 5 minutes.

Mean while soak China grass in 1 cup water for 5-6 minutes.

Add half China grass in boiling water. Keep rest China grass for milk.

Now stir it fast and remove it from flame.

On another side boil milk add 4 tablespoon sugar and stir it.

Add vanilla essence.

In a nonstick pan add 2 Tablespoon sugar and heat it till sugar gets caramelized. Add caramelized sugar in milk and stir it.

Now time to add remaining China grass, mix it well till it gets dissolved, boil it for 2-3 minutes and remove it from flame.

Take dessert glasses or bowls pour in milk mixture in half glass.

Now keep a cake slice over it and allow it to cool.

Once milk jelly gets set pour in strawberry jelly over it and add colourful jems

And set these glasses on room temperature and then refrigerate it.
