10/11 cup Curds
1/2 tbspMustard Seed
1/2 tbspCumin Seed
1/2 tbsp Fenugreek Seed
1/4 tbspFinely Chopped Mint Leaves
as per taste Salt
1/2 cupCrushed Ice

Heat the pan on medium flame, add fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds and cumin seeds, roast it. • Blend the roasted spices, salt, and yogurt. blend it till gets a smooth. • Pour in a glass and add crushed ice. • Garnish with mint leaves. Spicy Masala Chaas is ready.
