Fried sardines(omena), skuma wiki and Ugali

I never used to eat sardines(omena) till a friend fried some for me....my taste buds changed since then n I love it. Nw I just enjoy cooking them.

I never used to eat sardines(omena) till a friend fried some for me....my taste buds changed since then n I love it. Nw I just enjoy cooking them.

In a pot, boil water. When boiled, add maizeflour and prepare your ugali. Put in a hotpot

Boil water and take off heat. Put your sardines in and leave it in the water for 20mins. Wash and drain the water. Put the drained sardines in a second bowl of boiled hot water and leave it for another 10 mins. While waiting, cook the skuma wiki

Wash, cut and put your skuma wiki in a sufuria. Let the water from your wash evaporate then cut an onion, add a pinch of salt and add oil. Keep turning it till the onions are well incorporated. Let it cook.

Drain the sardines and keep aside. Take a frying pain, heat oil and shallow fry the sardines till dry. Take a sufuria, fry onions, tomatoes, dhania and capsicum, then add the sardines. Let it cook dry fry

Serve all while hot
