Honey glazed Turkey Omlet

When cooking eggs, its important to have your pan fry in a perfect temperature. I can be impatient so my trick is to start with a medium heat. Before I cook, I drop a pinch of water to check if its ready. Then I lower down the temperature. This trick can help you avoid sticky pan fry as well!

Saucy Honey Turkey (or Chicken) Saucy Honey Turkey (or Chicken)
I bought a couple pounds of turkey breast "strips" on sale which turned out to be already cut up turkey breast so I whipped this up to go with some of my fried rice. Yum!This made a LOT more sauce than I thought it would so if you want it less saucy you could cut the sauce ingredients in half or double the meat. StephieCanCook -
