When cooking eggs, its important to have your pan fry in a perfect temperature. I can be impatient so my trick is to start with a medium heat. Before I cook, I drop a pinch of water to check if its ready. Then I lower down the temperature. This trick can help you avoid sticky pan fry as well!

Ingredients

  1. 1 sliceof honey glazed lean cut turkey
  2. 2eggs
  3. 1/4of red pepper, diced
  4. 1/4green pepper, diced
  5. 3cherry tomatoes, diced
  6. 1 tspof garlic, minched
  7. 1salt & pepper
  8. 1 pinchof paprika (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat your frying pan in medium heat.

    In a mixing bowl, stir eggs and diced vegetables together.

  3. 3

    When your panfry is ready add olive oil and garlic. And reduce heat to low temperature.

  4. 4

    Pour in your omlet mixture. With patience the bottom layer will be cooked perfectly.

    Cut the turkey slice in half, then add the slices on top of the half of your omlet mixture.

  6. 6

    Season it with paprika.

  7. 7

    Fold the omlet in half. And then flip it to the other side!

    Sprinkle salt and pepper to your taste.
