Honey glazed Turkey Omlet

When cooking eggs, its important to have your pan fry in a perfect temperature. I can be impatient so my trick is to start with a medium heat. Before I cook, I drop a pinch of water to check if its ready. Then I lower down the temperature. This trick can help you avoid sticky pan fry as well!
