Ingredients

  • 1 largewhite onion
  • 1 canpotatoes, or 2-3 small russets, sliced
  • 4carrots, silced
  • 1Granny Smith apple, chopped
  • 2 tbspLawry's Salt-Free Seasoning (note: has seeds).
  • 3 tspsea salt
  • 2 tspcurry powder
  • 1 tspgarlic powder
  • 2garlic cloves, minced
  • 6 cupwater

Steps

  1. 1

    1. In medium pot, bring water and all ingredients to low boil, the cover and simmer medium low, 1 hour minimum.

  2. 2

    When broth is golden, soup is ready!

    Serve in bowls and breadsticks.
