  1. 1 lbcountry pork ribs
  2. 3/4 cupcaptain Morgan black rum
  3. 1 tbspallspice
  4. 2 tsponion powder
  5. 2 tspgarlic powder
  6. 2 tspcelery seed
  7. 1 tspwhite pepper
  8. 1 pinchsalt
  9. 1vegetable oil; as needed

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Marinate pork in rum for 2-48 hours. Dry off ribs. Toss with enough oil to cover. Season. Grill a few minutes on each side until caramelized with nice grill marks.

    Variations; Coconut juice or extract, root beer, jerk sauce, bbq sauce, espresso powder, pineapple juice, coriander, ginger, habanero, scallions, 5 spice, applewood seasoning, cumin, oregano
