I created this recipe because I wanted to make a low-allergen cake.

The baking time differs depending on the oven, so please adjust it accordingly. If you put the cake in the fridge, it'll harden too much so I recommend keeping it stored at room temperature. Recipe by Ryo---ko

Ingredients

  1. 150 gramsRice flour
  2. 170 gramsSoy milk
  3. 40 gramsOlive oil
  4. 80 gramsHoney
  5. 7 gramsBaking powder

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat the oven for 180℃.

    Line the pound cake pan with parchment paper.

  3. 3

    Add the rice flour and baking powder into a bowl, and mix well.

  4. 4

    Add the soy milk, olive oil, and honey to the Step 3 bowl, and mix well.

  5. 5

    Pour the Step 4 batter into the pan, and drop it 2-3 times from a height of about 10 cm to remove air bubbles.

  6. 6

    Bake in the oven for about 40 minutes at 180℃, and you're done.
