3 clovegarlic,finely chopped
1fresh chili ,thin sliced for topping
1 tsproasted sesame for topping
1 bunchspring onion ,chopped for topping
1/2 tbspoil to fry
150 gramseggs noodles,blanch ,
seasoning
1/2 tbspsesame oil
1/2 tbspsoya sauce
1/3 tbspoyster sauce
1/3 tbspsugar
1/4 tsppepper

Chop,dice,vegetables in list

On wok,medium heat ,add garlic stir to lightly brown

Add chicken,stir until no longer pink

Add vegetables,stir one min

Add eggs,scrambles to set,add green vegetables ( optional )

To serve on large size palte,garnish with spring onion,fresh chili sliced,sesame seeds :)
