I have very fond memories of tuna fish sandwiches and tuna melts. Here is my healthier adaptation of those memories.

I had hamburger thawed out but didn't want meat sauce and didn't have time for meatballs. I came up with this creation. I was told it was my top 6th dinner that I make. I served it over toast for my boyfriend and I tried to lessen the carbs for mine so as you can see from the pic I just had mine in a bowl.

This is something my mom always made when I was little, and one of the first things she taught me to cook. I've never seen anything quite like this one, so I thought I'd share. It was a bit hard, because in true southern fashion, we never measured anything. It was all done by sight, taste, and smell. If anyone wants to try substituting the mayo for Greek yogurt, let me know. I've been too scared to try, my family is picky

I <3 this chicken so much! I started making it about 1/2 a year ago, and it has been one of my favorite recipes since then. The first time I made it, it was the BEST! But I didn't measure so this is a rough estimate. My sister loves this so much so I make it every time I can!

Quick and easy lunch, add a fruit parfait cup to this.If you don’t like tuna you can canned chicken and make a chicken salad instead.Make sure you add in some kind of fresh fruit in the lunchbox.
