Ingredients

  1. 1 bagof dried Lentils
  2. 1Onion, chopped
  3. 2 cloveGarlic, smashed
  4. 2Inner ribs of celery, chopped
  5. 1 candiced tomatoes
  6. 1as needed Chicken stock
  7. 1as needed Aged Balsamic Vinegar
  8. 1as needed Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  9. 1Salt & Pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Place everything in a stock pot except the Balsamic Vinegar. Cook until lentils are tender.

  2. 2

    Drizzle in some quality Balsamic Vinegar, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, salt and pepper. Serve and Yum!
