Preheat oven to 180°C - 350°F , gas mark 4 .

melt the chocolate in a bowl over a pan of hot water till it melts .

Mix the margarine and peanut Butter then add the sugar and beat till light and fluffy , then beat in the vanilla essence , eggs and melted chocolate and mix well to combine all .

sift the flour with the bicarbonate of soda and a pinch of salt , then fold the flour mixture alternately with the water till all is folded and combined through .

pour batter mixture into prepared cake tin and cook for 30 - 35 minutes . leave the cooked cake in the tin for 5 minutes to cool a little then turn out to cool fully on a wire cake rack .

spread with icing or topping of your choice . i can did a peanut icing sauce to ice the cake . enjoy . :-)
