  2. 1 1/4 cupwhite rice, cooked and cooled, keep covered to prevent drying up
  3. 1 cupluncheon meat or ham or sausage or barbecue meat, chopped into dice size
  4. 1big purple onion, sliced
  5. Other
  6. 2 1/2 tbspcooking oil
  7. 5 tbspchilli sauce
  8. 2egg, beaten

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat cooking oil in frying pan using high heat. Add cooked rice, onion and meat. Stir fry till fragrant.

    Add chilli sauce. Stir fry the rice till evenly mixed.

  3. 3

    Add in egg. Stir fry the rice till evenly mixed.

  4. 4

    Ready to serve.

Love to cook and experiment with new cooking methods in addition to traditional stir fry recipes. Living in Singapore, a fantastic place to eat and experience (almost) every kind of cuisine in the world.
