Mandee's version of McCormick© Roasted garlic & onion potatoes.

About 4 years ago I used to buy a seasoning package made by McCormick® called Oven Roasted Garlic & Onion Potatoes with Herbs. Only 2 grocery stores within 45 miles of each other sold this delicious potato seasoning. Until the last 4 years I can not find it in any store too save my life. So I decided to make this recipe one night and it ended up tasting exactly the same as the McCormick® brand. I've tried other knock off brands different flavors like rosemary and bacon bits added, but it did not do me any justice. So if you went through what I did you definitely need to try this recipe.

All on her own! Even the photos and directions are posted all by her tiny little lonesome! Well, I helped to edit but that's it! [7 year olds really can't spell all that well ya know ;0)] Anyway, delicious! I'm so stinking proud! MMOBRIEN -
