About 4 years ago I used to buy a seasoning package made by McCormick® called Oven Roasted Garlic & Onion Potatoes with Herbs. Only 2 grocery stores within 45 miles of each other sold this delicious potato seasoning. Until the last 4 years I can not find it in any store too save my life. So I decided to make this recipe one night and it ended up tasting exactly the same as the McCormick® brand. I've tried other knock off brands different flavors like rosemary and bacon bits added, but it did not do me any justice. So if you went through what I did you definitely need to try this recipe.

My Name is Amanda. I have a wonderful husband and 3 kids who love to eat. my early stages of learning to cook came from both my grandmother's one born in Tennessee in the 40's and one Spanish born in the 50's. I also learned from my step father and I was a member of many house holds learning many different styles of cooking and I'm always looking and thinking of my own new ideas. Everyone I know loves my cooking and I love cooking for them. it gives me great pleasure when I watch someone take a bite of my food for the first time.
