Mix ajwain, salt in a rice flour make soft dough with the help of water cover with damp cloth and leave for 15/20 mint

For filling / grind urad daal take out in a bowl now add all dry ingredients and keep in side

Now make a big chapattis from rice dough

Cut in round shape with the help of round cutter

Now put urad daal filling in each small chapattis

Fold in half like tacos

Steamed them for 15 mint when they are cool down cut into half

Now take a pan and heat 1 tbsp oil put cumin seeds when they started crackle put these pieces sauté for 3/4 mint

Put chat masala and red chilli powder

Serve with any type of chutney
