Rajma Galawate Kabab

Wash the beans and soak over night boil with salt, drain extra water & set beans to cool

Take a pan roast all dry ingredients and grind them

Now in a pan put one tbsp ghee put chopped ginger, garlic, chilli, caraway rosy for 2/3 mint now add khoya and rajma roast for 4/5 mint

Let it cool, then grind the mixture now add lemon juice & white pepper powder now add all grinded dry mixture put mint leaves also

To smoke kabab

Put all mixture in a bowl make a well in centre put the red hot charcoal piece in a small bowl now put this bowl in in a Center of dough now put clove, hing and ghee immediately cover with large bowl set aside for 3 mint

Now grease your hand take a mixture of kabab make a equal ball & flattern them slightly

Heat the ghee and shallow fry all kababs

Arrange all in platter sprinkle chat masala and serve with mint chutney
