1 canCorn kernel (drained)
1 canRotel (mild)
1bag of minute rice
1/4 tspgarlic powder
1/4 tspground black pepper
1/4 tspcayenne pepper

Boil one bag of minute rice.

In a sucepan, add black beans, corn, and rotel. Cook until boiling.

Add spices. Serve over cooked rice. Serve with Tacos or by itself!
