Ingredients

  • 2Brussel sprouts
  • 1Butternut squash
  • 1Rutabaga
  • 2 tbspOlive oil
  • 2 tbspHoney
  • 1 dashCracked black pepper
  • 1 pinchNutmeg
  • 1Squeeze half of fresh lemon

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut up all the veggies and drizzle the oil,honey and cracked pepper in a med mixing bowl! Transfer to oven safe pan, casserole dish or any baking dish!

  2. 2

    Cook on 375 for approximately 45 min., turning from time to time to get sizzle on all sides.

  3. 3

    For added flavor, squeeze a half lemon and sprinkle a pinch of nutmeg.
