Melt butter and oil together in a frying pan.

Add the squash and peppers.

Cover for 5 minutes.

Gently stir every 3-4 minutes. Cover.

Repeat process 3 times. Stir and cover.

Sprinkle the garlic salt and pepper on the veggies to taste. Then leave the cover off stirring every 2 minutes till you have the desired texture.

Serve hot and enjoy.
