Ingredients

3-4 servings
  1. 150 grmsFrench beans
  2. 1brinjal
  3. 1/4pumpkin
  4. 1raw banana
  5. 1/4raw papaya
  6. 2green chillies chopped
  7. 1 handfulvadi (fried)
  8. 1/2 tea spoonginger paste
  9. 1/2 tea spoonturmeric powder
  10. 1/2 tea spoonpanch phoron
  11. To tastesalt
  12. As neededoil for frying
  13. As neededwater for boiling
  14. 1/2 cupchopped coriander leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the veges into cubes

    A picture of step 1 of Mix vegetables (launch mishalj torkari).
  2. 2

    Now add oil in a pan heat it to tamper the whole jeera,fenel, celery Kalonji and Fenugreek seeds (panchforon) and the chopped green chillies

  3. 3

    Add the veges fry a while add salt and turmeric powder and cover it

  4. 4

    Add ginger and fried vadis and cover

  5. 5

    Add little water and cover till it becomes tender

  6. 6

    Finally add water mix and boil

  7. 7

    Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves and serve
