Now add oil in a pan heat it to tamper the whole jeera,fenel, celery Kalonji and Fenugreek seeds (panchforon) and the chopped green chillies

Add the veges fry a while add salt and turmeric powder and cover it

Add ginger and fried vadis and cover

Add little water and cover till it becomes tender

Finally add water mix and boil

Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves and serve
