Ingredients

  1. 50 gmsGreen chillies
  2. 4 TeaspoonsTamarind paste
  3. 1 Teaspoonsalt, mustard, Perungayam powder and Jaggery
  4. 100 mlGinjelli oil

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the chillies into small pieces.

    In a frying pan add oil, Allow mustard to crack, add Perungayam powder then add chopped chillies.

    Fry in for 10 minutes and then add the paste and add little water.

  4. 4

    After boiling for 5 minutes add jaggery powder.

  5. 5

    Ready to taste
