  • 50 gmsGreen chillies
  • 4 TeaspoonsTamarind paste
  • 1 Teaspoonsalt, mustard, Perungayam powder and Jaggery
  • 100 mlGinjelli oil

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut the chillies into small pieces.

  2. 2

    In a frying pan add oil, Allow mustard to crack, add Perungayam powder then add chopped chillies.

  3. 3

    Fry in for 10 minutes and then add the paste and add little water.

  4. 4

    After boiling for 5 minutes add jaggery powder.

  5. 5

    Ready to taste
