I made mine blackened with a hint of Paprika and Cayenne! :hungry
Cooking Instructions
- 1
warm butter in non stick skillet in medium heat for two minutes
- 2
place salmon in and grill for five minutes on one side
- 3
place rub on one side and flip over to grill on other side.
- 4
continue flipping every five minutes till blackened or cooked all the way through.
- 5
enjoy with rice and vegetables for a healthy dinner.

I've been making this recipe for a long time.If making this for onigiri rice balls or bento and using pre-salted salmon filets, the amount of salt may not be enough, so sprinkle with a little bit more and then grill.You can also use fresh raw salmon.
