Ingredients

  1. 1 cupBasmati rice
  2. 1/4 cupgrated cabbage
  3. 1small carrot finely chopped
  4. 1small onion finely chopped
  5. 2 tbspcapsicum finely chopped
  6. 2 tbspspring onion finely chopped
  7. 1 tspsalt
  8. 1/4 tspsugar
  9. 1/4 tspajinomotto (optional)
  10. 1/2 tsppepper powder
  11. 1 tspGinger garlic and chilles finely chopped together
  12. 1 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil Water and cook the basmati rice with 1/2 tsp salt and drain it when done.

  2. 2

    In a big kadai heat oil and add the ginger garlic chilli mixture abd saute for a while. Then add oinions to it,saute for a while and add chopoed carrot

    Now add cabbage and capsicum and the spring onions. Saute for a minute

    Now add salt ajinomotto and sugar and mix well. Now add the rice to it. Mix properly

    Finally add pepper powder to it

    Mix well and serve hot with manchurian
