Steps

Make a dough using flour, salt, butter and refined oil

Make a roti out of the dough

Take a pan and fry the onions until light golden brown

Melt the gur using double boiler, make sure that little bit of granules remain in the gur to add crispyness

Spread the gur thoroughly and then add the fried onions above it and spred it on the roti

Cut the roti horizontally having a breath 2cm

Roll each horizontal rows of roti

Place it in a baking pan,brush it with oil and add sev above the rolls

Bake it in a pressure cooker or in a oven until cooked

Garnish with sugar and sev.
