Steps

Take 200ml milk in a bowl and add custard powder to it and keep it aside.

Boil the rest of the milk and add sugar to it and stir it.

Lower the flame and add the custard powder mixture to it stirring continuously.

Switch off the flame after cooking custard on low flame for 2 min stirring continuously.

Let the custard cool down to room temperature. The custard should be of free flowing consistency.

As the custard cools, transfer it to a bowl and add the chopped fruits to it. Refrigerate the fruit custard for 2 hours.

Serve it cold in small serving bowls.
