Mix all the ingredients together.

Knead the dough using a stand mixer or by hand.

Shape the dough into a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Roll out the dough to about 1/4 inch (1/2 cm) thick.

Cut out shapes with cookie cutters and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Lightly brush with beaten egg.

Bake for 12 minutes at 350°F (180°C).

Let cool and store in a metal tin.
