Ingredients

  1. 2 kggajar
  2. 2 kgdoodh
  3. 1/2 kgcheeni
  4. 10-12 Hari elaichi
  5. 250 gdesi ghee
  6. -dry fruits-10 badam,10kaju.

Steps

  1. 1

    Gajar ko dhul kar chil le,usko fir kadukas kar le.

  2. 2

    Fir Hari elaichi ko chil kar uske Dane ka powder bana le.

  3. 3

    Gas on kar ke,kadai chada le.

  4. 4

    Ghee ko kadai me daal ke usko garam hone de.

  5. 5

    Ghee me Hari elaichi powder daal de.

  6. 6

    Elaichi powder garam ho jaaye to usme kadukas kara gajar dal de.

  7. 7

    Kadai pe dhakan daal kar 5 se 10 minute chod de taki gajar Mulayam ho jaye.

  8. 8

    Fir usme 2 kg doodh dal kar dheere dheere chala te rahe jab tak doodh gada ho ke gajar me mix na ho jaye.

  9. 9

    Fir doodh aur gajar gada ho jaye to usme cheeni daal de.

  10. 10

    Fir 10 se 15 minute aur time le ga,usme ghee uper a jaye gaa aur halwe me chamak a jati hai.

  11. 11

    Fir kate hue dry fruits daal ke gas off kar de.

  12. 12

    Garam garam halwa khane ke liye tayar hai.
